How it Works...
A complimentary phone consultation is arranged at your convenience. It takes less than an hour and includes an overview of services offered and provided. If you are interested and ready, we will schedule a Needs Assessment.
The Needs Assessment is done at your location and lasts a minimum of one hour. During this time, we will review the space, create a vision, clarify priorities and determine a rough timeline. There is a modest hourly fee for the needs assessment.
Following the Needs Assessment, we will review your custom project plan, estimate and agreement in order to proceed with scheduling of the project.
Once an agreement is in place, we'll schedule our working sessions(s) to work with you and accomplish the work. These sessions are a minimum of four hours per session.
Rush service and additional special services are available.
Ongoing Support is available through scheduled return visits and periodic phone or e-mail check-ins.
