Our goal in organizing is to assist you in acquiring systems, routines and spaces which enhance productivity, purpose and pleasure. Systematic processes help clients develop the skills required to efficiently manage their homes and businesses, reduce stress, improve space utilization and focus on more important things – life! Our Organizer Nancy Sommer, a professional organizer in New Jersey, started Sommer Organizational Solutions, to fulfill her lifelong dream of helping others create and maintain organized systems and spaces. As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) she is committed to the highest standard of ethics. Nancy is an Organizational Development and Effectiveness Professional and Consultant having held top-level corporate positions. This experience afforded her the opportunity to hold key roles with increasing responsibilities in operational management, human resources and training and development. Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Management. Nancy has also completed numerous developmental and organizational programs.
