The mission of Sommer Organizational Solutions is to implement systems and processes that improve productivity, efficiencies, and simplify the lives of residential and business clients.

Sommer Organizational Solutions develops custom solutions for your home or office. Our goal in organizing is to assist you in acquiring systems, routines and spaces which enhance productivity, purpose and pleasure. Systematic processes help clients develop the skills required to efficiently manage their homes and businesses, reduce stress, improve space utilization and focus on more important things – life!
Our Organizer
Nancy Sommer, a professional organizer in New Jersey, started Sommer Organizational Solutions, to fulfill her lifelong dream of helping others create and maintain organized systems and spaces. As a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) she is committed to the highest standard of ethics.
Nancy is an Organizational Development and Effectiveness Professional and Consultant having held top-level corporate positions. This experience afforded her the opportunity to hold key roles with increasing responsibilities in operational management, human resources and training and development.
Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Management. Nancy has also completed numerous developmental and organizational programs. She is a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), in addition to the Tri-state Society for Human Resource Management in New Jersey.
Nancy’s hard work and commitment doesn’t go unnoticed. She has received many awards throughout her career and was recently presented with the following awards:
• Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Recipient, Camden County, NJ
• YWCA Women of the Year Recipient, Burlington County, NJ
• Virtua Health Manager of the Quarter Award
Nancy’s accomplishments have been published in the Philadelphia Inquirer, Burlington County Times and Courier Post.
